Da Nang People’s Committee Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh, on Friday, warmly received a group of visitors from Japan's Mitsubishi Corporation, led by Vice President of Mitsubishi Corporation Viet Nam Takuya Sahashi.

During his reception for the Japanese guests, Vice Chairman Minh praised Mitsubishi Corporation Viet Nam for its investment ideas and projects in Da Nang.

He pledged that the city would create maximum conditions for Mitsubishi Corporation Viet Nam to invest into and operate effectively in Da Nang.

Mr. Minh also directed the city’s Investment Promotion and Support Board, the municipal Department of Foreign Affairs and the local Department of Industry and Trade, to support the Mitsubishi Corporation Viet Nam to conduct surveys on some investment locations and fully access relevant information.

The host highly praised the Mitsubishi Corporation Viet Nam for its participation and companionship during the ongoing 7^th Viet Nam - Japan Festival in Da Nang from July 14-17.

For his part, Vice President of Mitsubishi Corporation Viet Nam Takuya Sahashi informed that Mitsubishi Corporation is a large Japanese corporation that does global general business in many spheres such as industrial infrastructure, automobiles and transportation, food industry, consumer goods, urban development and real estate.

Mr Takuya Sahashi remarked that Da Nang had great potentials for the development of many fields which are Mitsubishi Corporation’s strengths. Therefore, the Japanese guest asked for support from the municipal authorities to facilitate Mitsubishi Corporation Viet Nam to invest into Da Nang, especially in the aspects of retail market, industrial real estate development, construction and leasing of warehouses and factories, and logistics services.
