The Hoalac Startup Challenge 2022 contest has been launched by the High Technology Incubation and Training Centre (HITC), the Authority of the Ha Noi-based Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park to seek, select, support and honour ideas tech-based startup ideas nationwide.

The contest encourages creative business ideas that feature the application of advanced technologies in the fields of IT, biotechnology, new materials, as well as gives priority to entries that propose ways to overcome difficulties triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic’s upheavals, hereby contributing to socio-economic development in the new normal.

Participating in the competition, the individuals/teams undergo startup training courses, pitching events in front of investors and receive advice from experts in the fields of completing projects, technologies, products and business plans.

After the competition, the best projects will have the opportunity to join the business and technology incubation incubation process at HITC.

The total prize value of the contest is up to VND500 million, including cash and support packages for startup groups such as training courses, consulting, investment connection and product promotion).

The contest is running till the end of October 2022.
