The Da Nang government is calling for investors who are interested in the "Phase 2 of Infrastructure Construction and Business in the Hoa Cam Industrial Park’ project. The most outstanding requirement is that the minimum equity that the eligible investor must have is not less than 15% of the total investment, equivalent to a value of nearly VND337 billion.

The municipal administration has approved criteria for assessing the preliminary requirements for financial capacity and experience of investors.

The project is located in Hoa Tho Tay Ward, Cam Le District and Hoa Nhon Commune in Hoa Vang District with an expected area of  over 120ha.

The total investment in project construction is nearly VND2,250 billion, of which the preliminary total project implementation cost, excluding the cost of compensation, support, settlement finance, land use fee and land rent, is nearly VND1,200 billion whilst the rest is worth of compensation, support and residence resettlement for families displaced by the project development.

The project's operation period is 50 years from the date of issuance of the land lease decision; whilst preferential policies, investment support and applicable conditions shall comply with current law provisions. Investment implementation progress within 36 months from the date of land handover.

The Authority of Da Nang Hi-tech Park and Industrial Park will receive applications from potential investors from August 19 to September 30, 2022.

On March 18, 2022, the Prime Minister gave a nod to the implementation of the aforementioned project. 

The municipal government eyes to complete the procedure for selecting investors before November 15, 2022 to soon start work on the project, hereby beefing up investment attraction activities here in the near future.
