1. Project name: the investment project in infrastructure construction and business of Hoa Cam Industrial Zone- Phase 2.

- Project objectives: To invest in the infrastructure construction and business of the industrial zone.

-  Project scale: 120.019 hectares.

2. Total preliminary cost for project implementation: VND 2,246,253,294,000 (Two thousand two hundred forty-six billion, two hundred fifty-three million, two hundred and ninety-four thousand Vietnamese Dong).

3. Compensation, assistance and resettlement costs: VND 1,068,479,756,663.

4. Duration of the project: 50 years from the date of the Decision on land lease.

5. Investment implementation progress: 36 months from the date of land handover.

6. Project site: Hoa Tho Tay Ward of Cam Le District and Hoa Nhon Commune of Hoa Vang District, Da Nang City.

7. Land area: 120.019ha.

8. Purpose: Invest in infrastructure construction and business of the industrial zone.
