According to a recently-released report by the Da Nang Statistics Office on the city’s socio-economic situation in July and the past 7 months of 2022, its investment environment gradually improved in the context of a positive economic recovery and a domestic investment climbed sharply.

In July, the city attracted 7 newly registered investment projects worth more than VND3,000 billion a total, 2 of which are outside the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park and local industrial parks (IPs) with a total capital of 848 billion VND and 5 projects in the industrial parks (IPs) with a total capital of more than VND2,200 billion.

As accumulated, over the past 7 months, the city has granted investment certificates to 20 domestic projects totalling over VND7,000 billion, an increase of 5 projects and up 207.7% in the amount of registered capital compared to the same period in 2021.

In particular, there were 7 projects located outside the Da Nang Hi-tech Park and IPs with a total registered capital of more than VND3,600 billion and 13 projects outside IPs with a sum of nearly VND3,500 billion.
