Following recent approval by the Da Nang Department of Construction, 70 villas and 10 townhouses at 2 real estate projects in the city are eligible for sale.

Specifically, 70 villas will be formed in the future, comprising 21 ones in B3-13 area, 19 ones in area B3-14, 9 ones in B3-15 and 21 ones in B3-16 of the Hoa Quy - Dong No riverside urban area project invested by the TERRA JSC. 

Meanwhile, 10 townhouses formed in the future at the Residential Area project on the east of Tran Dang Ninh Street (Le Pavillon) developed by Da Nang -Mien Trung Investment JSC are also permitted to go on sale.

The above-mentioned investors are fully accountable if there is a mistake in the development of the real estate business projects. They must implement the projects in accordance with the law on investment, land, housing, construction, environmental protection, and at the same time, mobilising capital and conduct real estate business in accordance with the law on housing and real estate business.
