The Land Fund Development Centre under the Da Nang Department of Natural Resources and the Environment is implementing the selection of an auction organization options in the form of an online auction for the rental of 2 large land plots on which technical infrastructure have already been completed.

One is the land area marked A1-12 covers an area of 4,112m², with 4 street defaces onto Nguyen Xuan Lam, Doc Lan, Doc Tuyet and Le Quang Dinh in zone C belonging to a residential area south of Cam Le Bridge in Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District. The land area is planned in detail at the scale of 1:500 with the purpose of using land to build medical facilities.

The starting price of the land rental auction with annual payment is VND176,103/m²/year or more than VND724 million /year for the whole land area.

The other is the land area symbolled C2-9B, covering an area of 2,974m² at the intersection of Huynh Tinh Cua - Nguyen Van Vinh streets, belonging to the land stretch along the national highway 1A which runs through Hoa Chau Commune, Hoa Vang District.

The land area is used for commercial and service purposes, exactly for the construction of a warehouse.

The starting price of the land rental auction with annual payment is VND70,362 /m²/year or more than VND209 million for the whole land area.
