Passenger trains on North-South route temporarily halt operations due to typhoon Noru

The Ha Noi Railway Transport Joint Stock Company has announced the temporary suspension of a pair of SE5/SE6 passenger trains running on the North-South route due to the impact of typhoon Noru.

Specifically, from today, September 27, the SE5 train departing from Ha Noi, and the SE6 train departing from HCMC, have their operation temporarily halted. Passengers with train tickets on the day when the trains stop running can directly contact the railway stations for a free ticket return.

Additionally, the SP1 passenger train running from Ha Noi to Lao Cai on September 30 will temporarily stop operation. Passengers with tickets for SP1 train will be transferred to SP3 train on the same day.

Besides, a pair of SE35/SE36 passenger trains travelling between Ha Noi and Vinh will have their services temporarily suspended from October 2, 2022.
