The Da Nang People's Council has approved further revocation of land for public purpose in 2022. Accordingly, five land lots which cover a total area of 60.95 hectares are expected to be acquired for development projects. They are a lot with ​​13.29 hectares in size intended for the construction of Hoa Khanh Nam Industrial Cluster located in Hoa Khanh Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District, an internal concrete road with ​​125 square metres in size located in Hoa Minh Ward, Lien Chieu District, a section on extended Le Trong Tan Street with an area of ​​2.83 hectares running from Phuoc Ly 6 Resettlement Area to Hoang Van Thai Street stretching across Hoa Minh and Hoa Khanh Nam wards, Lien Chieu District, cross roads to national highway 14B stretching over the communes of Hoa Phong, Hoa Phu, Hoa Khuong, Hoa Phuoc, Hoa Son, Hoa Vang District, with an area of ​​12.54 hectares, a lot with an area of ​​32.27 hectares intended for the building of phase 3 of the Hoa Ninh Cemetery located in Hoa Ninh Commune, Hoa Vang District.

The municipal administration has also approved the conversion of agricultural land into housing projects over 4 land lots totaling 5.4 hectares in size. They are a plot with 2.8 hectares in size located in Hoa Lien Commune, Hoa Vang District which will be used for the construction of phase 2 of the Tan Ninh Expanded Resettlement Area, 2 others totaling 1.35 hectares in size which will be used for the construction of a Resettlement Area for families affected by the Hoa Ninh Industrial Park project located in the namesake commune, the last one with 1.35 hectares in size located in Hoa Ninh Commune, Hoa Vang District, to be used for the construction of a Resettlement Area between Resettlement Area No. 2 and Resettlement Area No. 3, located along DT.602 Road.
