Da Nang's 14 land plots to be auctioned in second land auction of the year

The Da Nang government has approved the auction of land use rights for 14 land plots in the second land auction of 2022.

The auction process will be opened in the remaining months of 2022 and 2023. The plots are:

Land lot A-1 of the Resettlement Project located at the end of Bach Dang Dong Street, Nai Hien Dong Ward, Son Tra District, is intended for building a complex of a trade center and luxury apartments.

Land which has roads on three sides, namely Le Van Duyet, Ho Han Thuong and Bui Duong Lich with 11,371square metres in size, is intended for building residential houses in combination with commercial and service areas.

Land lot B4-2 with Van Don Street on one side belonging the Tho Quang Storm Shelter and Boat Anchorage Project located in Tho Quang Ward, Son Tra District, covering a total area of 1,021 square metres, will be used for construction of business and production establishments.

Land lot A2-2 of the Residential Project located at south of Bui Ta Han Street, Khue My Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District with Mac Thien Tich Street on one side and 1,480 square metres in size, will be used for the construction of a kindergarten.

Lot A1-14 of the C Zone Residential Project located at south of Cam Le Bridge, Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District, with 4,224 square metres in size, has roads on four sides, namely Nguyen Xuan Lam, Doc Lan, Le Quang Dinh, and Huynh Xuan Nhi streets, and it is intended for building commercial and service facilities.

Lot A2.11 of phase 2 of E Zone Residential Project located at south of Cam Le Bridge, Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District, with 3,618.5 square metres in size, have roads on four sides, namely Hoang Dinh Ai, Tran Nam Trung, Le Quang Dinh, Nguyen Xuan Lam streets, and it is intended for building commercial and service facilities.

Lot A8 of the extended E zone Residential Project located at south of Cam Le Bridge, Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District, with an area of ​​2,278 square metres, has roads on three sides, namely Con Dau 4, Con Dau 6, and Con Dau 7 streets, will be used for the construction of a kindergarten.

Land which has has roads on three sides, namely Le Dai Hanh, Nguyen Phuoc Tan and Doan Nguyen Thuc streets with 1,585 square metres in size, is intended for for building commercial and service facilities.

Land of the Hoa Xuan sports, entertainment and commercial complex Project located in Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District, with ​​349,200 square metres in size, will be used for the construction of commercial and service facilities.

Land with 19,197 square metres in size, located at southeast of a Student Hall of Residence, Hoa Khanh Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District, has roads on four sides, and it is intended for building a supermarket.

Lot of  Zone 2 in the Northwest New Urban Center Project located in Hoa Minh Ward, Lien Chieu District, 804.5 square metres in size, has roads on two sides, namely Hoang Thi Loan and Dang Minh Khiem streets, will be used for the construction of commercial and service facilities.

Land revoked from A Long Food Joint Stock Company, located at No. 383 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Hoa Tho Dong Ward, Cam Le District, with 3,094.6 square metres, will be used for the construction of a parking area.

Lot No. 172 on Nguyen Chinh Thanh Street, Phuoc Ninh Ward, Hai Chau District, has roads on two sides, namely Nguyen Chi Thanh and Thai Phien streets with an area of ​​1,653 square metres, is intended for building a parking lot.

Lot A3 located on Nguyen Van Linh Street, Phuoc Ninh Ward, Hai Chau District has roads on three sides, namely Nguyen Van Linh, Phan Chau Trinh and Le Dinh Duong streets, with ​​3,113.9 square metres in size, is intended for building of a complex of a park, a parking lot and a trade centre.

Land of the Hoa Phuoc Wholesale Market Project, located in Hoa Phuoc Commune, Hoa Vang District, with an area of ​​309.229 square metres, will be used for the construction of commercial and service facilities.
