On Friday afternoon, the Da Nang Land Fund Development Centre under the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and the Viet Nam Auction Partnership Auction Company, held an online auction for land use rights over two large land plots in Hoa Vang District’s Hoa Phuoc Commune, and Cam Le District’s Hoa Xuan Ward.

In the end, the Thien Kim Import-Export Production and Trading Service One Member Co., Ltd headquartered in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province won the auction for the​​ 2,974m² land plot symbolled C2-9B along the Nguyen Van Vinh - Huynh Tinh Cua route in Hoa Phuoc Commune for the commercial purpose with rental price of VND722,362/m²/year, 10.2 times higher than the starting price. The company is required to pay land rental fees annually.

Meanwhile, the Da Nang-based Family Doctor Medical JSC won the auction for the 4,112m² land plot symbolled A1-12 in an residential area south of Cam Le Bridge at the rental price of VND941,103/m²/year, 5.3 times higher than the starting price. The land plot, which is adjacent to Nguyen Xuan Lam, Do Doc Lan, Do Doc Tuyet and Le Quang Dinh streets in Hoa Xuan Ward, is planned to be used to build a medical facility. The company is required to pay land rental fees annually.

The auction winners can use the land lots for 50 years.
