The Da Nang government has rescinded decisions, made by municipal People's Committee Chairman, regarding on the railway station relocation in the wards of Hoa Minh, Hoa Khanh Nam and Hoa Khanh Bac, Lien Chieu District.

Accordingly, rescinded decisions include Decision No. 5071/QD-UBND dated July 1, 2004 on approving the total plan of the new railway station at the scale of 1:1,000, Decision No. 2739/QD-UBND dated April 23, 2013 on approving the adjustments on boundary map of the land use planning for the new railway station project, and Decision No. 4472/QD-UBND dated July 7, 2014 approving adjustments on land use planning for new railway station and transportation system serving the station at the scale of 1:2,000.

The project to move the current railway station out of the inner-city to the wards of Hoa Minh, Hoa Khanh Nam and Hoa Khanh Bac, Lien Chieu District, has been delayed for a long time due to many factors.

It is known that according to Da Nang’s adjusted master plan to 2030 with a vision to 2045 approved by the Prime Minister, the city’s railway station will be relocated to Hoa Vang District.
