Feasibility study report of VND 2,100 billion Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan expressway project
The Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board has submitted a feasibility study report on the Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan expressway project to the Ministry of Transport for approval.
The expected starting point is at a location adjacent to the Hoa Lien intersection in the namesake commune and the ending point is adjacent to the Tuy Loan intersection in Hoa Nhon Commune, both in Hoa Vang District.
Work is scheduled to kick-start on Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan expressway in the first quarter of 2023 and it is expected to be completed in 2025.
Accordingly, once completed, the State budget-funded VND 2,100 billion Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan expressway will synchronise with the already-completed La Son - Tuy Loan section of the large-scale Ho Chi Minh Road.
It is known that the La Son - Tuy Loan route has a design speed of 80kph and meets highway standards.
The expressway will be 11.5km long, 22m wide with 4 lanes for motor vehicles, 2 others for emergency stopping, along with frontage roads along both sides with the road surface of 7m wide.
In the completion stage, the expressway will be upgrade with 6 lanes for motor vehicles.
