However, Mr Su realized that building contractors have shortcomings in ensuring on-time progress for their clients. Hence, FiveSS is created to fix these shortcomings in new residential construction.

“FiveSS is a pioneer in new residential construction by building its own app ecosystem to help property owners ensure their work is finished on time as well as help them require their building contractors to accelerate the progress of works on building their new houses if needed. Moreover, FiveSS also offers suitable warranties for property owners. In addition, the app allows property owners to terminate a contract with their building contractors and their teams for failure to meet their requirements and ensure the quality and timely delivery while helping them find other suitable contractors to complete their new-construction home”, Mr. Su explained.

According to Mr. Do Quy Su, like other other applications, FiveSS is facing certain challenges in improving its user engagement and building a loyal community of users.Therefore, the focus has been on adding new features to FiveSS in an attempt to keep delivering outstanding user experience as well as attract new users. Currently, FiveSS is considered as a comprehensive app that allows to connect supply and demand in construction, real estate, accommodation, and tourism aspects.

FiveSS users can easily search for information about the real estate market, tours, and more, especially flower delivery services with supplies of delicate fresh flowers across the country that will satisfy the needs of buyers. Flower prices on FiveSS is 20-30% cheaper than in other online florist channels.

Product quality aims to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Therefore, FiveSS has set out quality strategies to ensure that high-quality goods sold on its e-commerce platform gain customer trust and confidence. FiveSS was named among the top 10 finalists in the Da Nang Startup and Innovation Festival (SURF) 2022 held on November 23.

“After this competition, we worked with the creative start-up support centre to organize a startup program for 1,000 women across 41 wards and 15 communes of Da Nang, thereby helping them increase their income by working as a collaborator to sell all products available on FiveSS with no minimum capital requirement. Included are building materials, furniture, electronics, household appliances, food, and clothes. Every day, it only takes them 2 hours to do this job from home by using both online and offline marketing methods," remarked Mr. Su.
