My Khe Beach in Da Nang has been named among the top 10 beaches in Asia, as voted on by readers of renowned travel website TripAdvisor.

The beach comes in at eighth on the Travelers’ Choice’s Best of the Best Beaches for 2023.
The beach stretches for about 10km and features an abundance of coral, plants, and other creatures along its banks and in the sea. In addition, the beach is also situated next to the city centre, meaning transport links are highly convenient.

On TripAdvisor’s website, a reader from the US recently hailed My Khe Beach: “Gorgeous beach in Da Nang. The sand is soft and fine, there are plenty of seashells, gentle waves for swimming and wading, lots of spots along the way for a drink or a beach chair under the shade. Lifeguards watch the swimming areas. Great views up and down the beach”.

This comes after the Sunday Herald Sun of Australia previously voted My Khe as one of the 10 most popular beaches in Asia, noting that it is famous for its white sand-banks, mild waves, and blue, and warm water all year round.

Thanks to its clear blue waters and soft white sands which sparkle in the sunlight, the My Khe Beach is very attractive to both domestic and foreign visitors.

The beach is just a 15- minute ride from the centre of the city. Its sea water is quite cool with little waves so you can swim all year's round, especially in summer from May to August.

This beautiful beach is considered as a wonderful place for those who want to enjoy the beauty of nature at sunrise and sunset, as well as to take stunning photos.
