Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha on Sunday signed Decision No. 261/QD-TTg recognising the FPT Office Complex as a centralised IT park.

The FPT Office Complex - Centralised IT Park covers a total land area of 59,302.6m² at lot A4-1, belonging to FPT Technology Urban Area Da Nang, Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son district, Da Nang.

The park operates according to the functions and tasks specified in Article 4 of the Government's Decree No. 154/2013/ND-CP dated November 8, 2013 on regulations on concentrated IT zone. It is also eligible for accessing the preferential policies specified in Decree No. 154/2013/ND-CP and other preferential ones applicable to the concentrated IT park in accordance with the provisions of law.

The organisational structure and operation regulations of managing the park is decided by the Central FPT Software Company Limited, strictly complying with the provisions of Decree No. 154/2013/ND-CP and other provisions of law.

The Da Nang People's Committee shall coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies in organising the implementation of the above-mentioned decision and coordinate with FPT Software Central Company Limited to manage and operate the FPT Office Complex- Centralised IT Park effectively and properly.
