According to the Vietnam Railways Corporation, from March 2023, tourists can experience high-quality train service on the Ha Noi and Da Nang route.

The high-quality passenger trains SE19/20 connecting Ha Noi with Da Nang feature luxurious and spacious 2-bed cabins with soundproofing and fireproofing capabilities.

Specifically, SE19 departs daily from Ha Noi at 7:50pm and arrives in Da Nang 12:12pm. Meanwhile, train SE20 runs daily from the Da Nang Railway Station at 6:05pm and stops at the Ha Noi Railway Station at 11:46am.

Most notably, the railway is offering tickets for luxurious trains on the Da Nang - Ha Noi route about 15-20% lower than those of two passenger trains SE1/2 which are considered as the highest class trains on the North - South route.

For group guests, the discount depends on the number of guests and on the time of ticket purchase.

In particular, groups of 5-10 passengers can save 2%, 4% and 6% on rail fares when buying tickets 1-4, 5-19 and 20 days ahead of departure date. For groups of 11-40 people, the respective reductions are 4%, 6% and 8%.

Similarly, groups of 41-70 people can enjoy 6%, 8% and 10% reductions if buying tickets 1-4, 5-19 and 20 days before departure date respectively.

Groups of 71-100 people groups of 41-70 people get 8%, 10% and 12% reductions respectively for the purchase of tickets 1-4, 5-19 and 20 days before departure date.

Also, 10%, 12% and 14% downs are applied for groups of 101 or more.

Previously, passengers had the chance to experience The Vietage luxurious railway adventure journey between Da Nang and Quy Nhon in Binh Dinh Province. This carriage is connected with the train SE5 at the Da Nang Railway Station in the morning and return with the train SE8 from the Dieu Tri Railway Station in Binh Dinh Province in the afternoon the same day.
