There are four models of exploiting tourism services in combination with agricultural, forestry and aquaculture development in the district. They are An Phu Farm and Banarita Glamping Farm in Hoa Xuan Village, Hoa Phu Commune; an agricultural production zone combined with tourism service exploitation in Nam Yen Village, Hoa Bac Commune; and Pham Gia Farm in Phu Thuong Village, Hoa Son Commune.

As recorded in Hoa Phu Commune, the models of An Phu Farm and Banarita Glamping Farm are in rush to complete some remaining items to prepare for welcoming visitors, especially school pupils citywide.

Mr. Duong Hien Tu, the investor of the An Phu Farm model, said that in the past, the farm focused on agricultural production such as planting vegetables and raising livestock to provide agricultural products. During the production process, on weekends, the farm welcomed some groups of pupils from kindergartens and primary schools in the city to learn about farming models and experience agricultural production.

After the city government issued Resolution No. 82/NQ-HDND, his unit expanded a number of items at the farm such as rest stops, dining areas, check-in points, and tours to visit the vegetable garden.

"We are always aware of keeping agricultural production as the core of the model. Tourism development must rely on nature in a sustainable way, not changing the status quo. During construction and renovation, items must not be concreted, affecting agricultural land and the general ecological environment. This is a good policy of Da Nang", Mr. Tu remarked.

Ms. Huynh Nguyen Xuan Hieu, a representative of a travel agency in Da Nang, said that she was very impressed with the friendly, fresh space at the pilot tourism models. She added that the space was very suitable for those who love nature and want to experience agricultural production activities.

"In late April, we will connect with a number of preschools and primary schools in the district, aiming to bring fun and new experience to pupils, as well as arouse their spirit of learning and protecting the environment" Ms. Hieu said.

Chairman of the Hoa Phu Commune People's Committee Nguyen Van Buu said that two models of An Phu Farm and Banarita Glamping Farm in the commune were approved by the Hoa Vang District People's Committee for exploiting tourism in combination with agricultural production.

During the implementation process, the locality always coordinates with relevant units to promptly guide the investors to commit to comply with the commitments approved by Hoa Vang District. Special attention should be paid to ensuring environmental protection and fire prevention and fighting, and making sure that there is no noise pollution.
