In order to lure more domestic and international tourists, Da Nang’s Ngu Hanh Son District authorities will run a series of highly activities, namely ‘Pedestrian quarter’, ‘Cashless payment streets’, ‘Night markets’ and ‘Booths of OCOP (One Commune - One Product) and typical products of Da Nang’, from July 15 to 17.

At An Thuong tourist quarter, both Da Nang dwellers and tourists have the opportunity to explore and experience shopping along beautiful and modern streets.

On schedule, the OCOP product promotion programme is slated to take place from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. from July 15 to July 17 along a section of Hoang Ke Viem Street between its intersections with Vo Nguyen Giap Street and Tran Bach Dang, with the participation of 20 booths operated by enterprises participating in the exhibition.

All of the booths introduce products, catalogs supporting the direct connection of product consumption with consumers and tourists.

These are OCOP, typical rural industrial products, souvenirs, gifts for tourism, specialities  made in Ngu Hanh Son District in particular, Da Nang and other cities and provinces all across the country. 

In parallel, the Street Dance Art Programme will take place at 8:00 p.m. on July 16 at the main stage at a corner of Hoang Ke Viem - Tran Bach Dang streets and moving around the An Thuong tourist street complex. The street music arts programme is scheduled to kick off at 7:00 p.m. on July 17 at the same location.

Also being highly inviting like the above-mentioned activities, the An Thuong night market will take the shape at the sidewalk along a section of Tran Bach Dang Street between its intersections with La Xuan Oai and Hoang Ke Viem streets. Hours of operation are from 6:00 p.m to 11:00 p.m every day.

To mark this occasion, the Cashless Payment Neighborhood Programme will be launched equipping business establishments with applications or devices in use for non-cash payment as well as organising check-in points and activities for people to use this emerging payment method.

An outdoor music show to celebrate the aforementioned events will start at 5:30 p.m. on July 15 at the main stage at a corner of Hoang Ke Viem - Tran Bach Dang streets.
