The Da Nang Traffic Signals and Public Transport Control Centre has just invited bus transport business units to submit capacity documents for consideration and selection to undertake the operation of 4 additional public bus routes.

Accordingly, there will be two intra-city bus routes and two connecting Da Nang with two localities of Quang Nam Province.

Specifically, as for bus routes connecting Da Nang and Quang Nam Province, the route LK02 will be the Viet Nam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU) - Hoi An City, whilst the route LK21 will be the southern coach station in Da Nang - Tam Ky City.

With regard to two intra-city buses, the bus route No.2 will operate between the city’s Coach Station and VKU. The route No.21 will run from the city’s Coach Station to March 29 Park and the Southern Bus Station, and vice versa.

Thus, after a temporary suspension, from 2024, Da Nang will resume the two public bus routes to Quang Nam Province.

It is known that the operating time of each of the abovementioned bus routes is within 5 years from the date of signing the service contract. The deadline for receiving applications is before 8:00 am on January 16, 2024.
