The retail price of clean water produced at the Hoa Lien Water Plant is VND4,858/m³, following recent approval by the Da Nang People's Committee.

In Decision No. 2909/QD-UBND, the municipal People's Committee approves the selling price plan for clean water at the Hoa Lien Water Plant. Accordingly, the plant has the operating capacity of 6,700,000m³ of water. The selling price of clean water at the factory is VND4,858/m³, including value added tax and nominal profit.

The municipal People's Committee assigns the Urban Infrastructure Management Centre to operate the Hoa Lien Water Plant and sell products at the prescribed price, as well as annually review water production output to determine clean water prices.
