In December 2007, the Unitech Joint Stock Company, although newly established, had to immediately seek solutions for receiving and issuing electronic documents, processing documents and the work affairs of leaders and experts of state management agencies. Mr. Su Huy, Deputy General Director of the Unitech Joint Stock Company, said that in response to urgent requirements, the company's engineers focused on perfecting the ‘Document and Administration Management’ software which was launched in early 2008. .

Over 15 years, the software has been deployed to State agencies at the provincial, city, district, ward and commune levels of Da Nang, Can Tho, Binh Thuan, Thai Nguyen and Gia Lai. The software uses artificial intelligence (AI) to suggest review content, transfer processing based on review history, and at the same time apply a search engine in text search.

Based on initial success, lots of software developed by engineers of Unitech Joint Stock Company continued to make their debut. Notable among them were online public service portal and electronic One-Stop-Shop software that have been designed and developed since 2010 to serve citizens, businesses registering for online public services and State management agencies receiving and handling administrative documents. This software has been deployed in Da Nang, Can Tho and Gia Lai.

Unitech has deployed the software to all districts in Da Nang, district-level units in Quang Ngai and Tuyen Quang provinces. Also in 2018, specialized database software at the provincial level was launched to help departments and branches manage detailed industry data.

The above-mentioned  products brought Unitech such prestigious awards  as Top 10 enterprises providing ‘Viet Nam e-Government 2020’ solutions voted by the Viet Nam Software and Information Technology Services Association (VINASA), ‘Viet Nam Digital Transformation 2020’ award for the Database system and specialized State management software at district level awarded by the Viet Nam Digital Communications Association (VDCA), ‘Made in Viet Nam’ award 2023’ in the field of ‘Excellent digital products for Digital Government’ with UniFS Food Safety Information System organised by the Ministry of Information and Communications.
