The Furama Danang Resort announced on Friday that it will host a series of events called "A Journey Through Viet Nam’s Cuisine" with the purpose of promoting the quintessence of the country’s cuisine to domestic and foreign tourists.

According to Mr. Le Tan, a researcher of Vietnamese culinary culture, in recent years, the Furama Danang Resort has done a good job of promoting culinary culture to tourists at both home and abroad.

The programme is oriented to honour tradition and create the future, promising to transform Vietnamese dishes to suit the tastes of people around the world, and bringing Vietnamese culinary culture to the world and making it become a national brand.
