Groundbreaking ceremony for VND1,200 billion FPT Plaza 3 apartment building
On Saturday, the FPT Danang Urban JSC (FPT City) held a groundbreaking ceremony at the FPT Danang Technology Urban Area for the FPT Plaza 3 apartment building.

The VND1,200 billion, 25-storey-plus-two basement project will have more than 800 apartments serving the living and working needs of FPT Group officials and employees in particular as well as residents in the city in general.
In his remarks at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the municipal People's Committee Ho Ky Minh highly appreciated the FPT Da Nang Urban JSC for its outstanding results last year, especially with a contribution of nearly VND250 billion into the city budget.
The FPT Danang Technology Urban Area is also the working and living place of nearly 10,000 information technology experts and engineers in the central region and the whole country.
This shows that FPT Group's projects have been contributing to realising the city’s guidelines and policies on building Da Nang into an urban strongly developing IT and hi-tech industries associated with building a creative startup urban area and smart city.
At the same time, the projects have created a foundation to promote the development of new industries and fields, especially digital economy, digital society, digital government, and most recently semiconductor.

Mr. Minh highlighted the importance of the construction of the FPT Plaza 3 apartment building in perfecting the urban area's infrastructure, and creating more living and working opportunities for city residents and people from other localities.
He added that the project also affirmed the companionship, cohesion and sustainable development of the FPT Danang Urban JSC and the FPT Group for the general development of Ngu Hanh Son District in particular and Da Nang in general.
He requested relevant agencies, and authorities in Ngu Hanh Son District, to continue to uphold responsibility in handling administrative procedures, and creating all favourable conditions for the investor to carry out the project on schedule.
At the same time, he asked the FPT Da Nang Urban JSC and the FPT Group to continue to implement other important projects in the city, thereby contributing to promoting the local socio-economic development in the time ahead.

General Director of the FPT Danang Urban JSC Nguyen Van Loc asked for active support and special care from authorities at all levels in order to complete the entire project on schedule as committed.
He informed that, in recent years, the FPT Group has built strategies and devoted large resources to invest in many programmes and projects in Da Nang. Included were the FPT Da Nang Technology Urban Area; a centralised Information Technology Park at FPT Complex; and digital transformation cooperation programmes.
Currently, the FPT Da Nang Technology Urban Area is a concentrated area for FPT Software and FPT Telecom companies. It is also the working and living place of nearly 10,000 IT experts and engineers in the Central region and the whole country.
Besides, there is a high-quality inter-level education system from elementary to university levels, with nearly 10,000 pupils and students and around 1,000 people working in the education sector.
In 2022 and 2023, the FPT Urban JSC has completed construction and put into use two apartment buildings, FPT Plaza 1 and FPT Plaza 2, providing a total of about 1,300 apartments in total.
The FPT Plaza 3 apartment building project is designed with many amenities and services, promising to bring residents a comfortable and convenient living space.
The building is adjacent to the park and central square of up to 3 hectares, bringing green space, a fresh and comfortable living and working environment for residents, as well as developing a young, modern and developed intellectual community in the southeast area of the city.
