In particular, the Prime Minister has adjusted a number of land use targets until 2025 in Da Nang, including: 69,014 ha of agricultural land, 58,545 ha of non-agricultural land, 294 ha of security land, 7,367 ha of national infrastructure development land, 150 ha of land to build cultural facilities, and 750 ha of land to build educational facilities.
The remaining land use targets are implemented according to Prime Minister’s Decision 326/QĐ-TTg, dated March 9, 2022.
The adjustment of a number of land use targets by 2025 in centrally-governed cities and provinces, and the Ministry of Public Security, does not change the goals, spatial orientation, vision, land use targets, and projects identified in the provincial planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050.
Based on the abovementioned adjusted and allocated land use targets, the Minister of National Defense and the Minister of Public Security are urged to complete the 5-year defence land use plan for the 2021-2025 period, and the 5-year security land use plan between 2021and 2025.
Meanwhile, authorities at provincial level are asked to complete the 5-year land use planning for the 2021-2025 period at the provincial level to ensure compliance with allocated land use targets and is synchronous and consistent with land use planning and plans at all levels.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment is in charge of monitoring, updating changes, evaluating implementation results, and inspecting the implementation of land use planning and plans.
The agency will make proposals to the national government and Prime Minister for considering and flexibly adjusting targets between unused and ineffective localities in order to facilitate the localities to attract investment and effectively exploit and use land resources for their socio-economic development.
Attention will be paid to coordinating with relevant ministries and branches to synthesise and advise the national government to submit to the National Assembly for consideration and adjustment of land use planning and plans until 2030.
