Arranged by the Da Nang branch of the Saigontourist Travel Services Company, Azamara Journey cruise ship, carrying over 1,000 passengers from the UK, US, Germany and China, docked at the city’s Tien Sa Port on Tuesday.

During their stay in the city, the cruise ship passengers chose routes and attractions that suit their schedule such as going shopping at the Han market or visiting the Da Nang Cathedral, the Museum of Cham Sculpture, the Marble Mountains, the Non Nuoc Stone Carving Village, the Linh Ung Son Tra Pagoda, and the My Khe Beach.

A representative of the municipal Department of Tourism said that, during the ship's stay in Da Nang, relevant units worked together to ensure the tourism environment, security and safety during the time of welcoming passengers, as well as stop the harassment of tourists.

As planned, the Seabourn cruise ship, arranged by the Tan Hong Co., Ltd., will bring 500 British, French and American passengers to Da Nang on March 6. The ship will arrive at the Tien Sa Port at 8:00 am and leave for other destinations at 6:00 pm on the same day.
