The Da Nang International Airport, and Noi Bai International Airport in Ha Noi, have been listed amongst the 100 best airports in the world for 2024, according to a survey by Skytrax, a UK-based consultancy specializing in airport and airline review and rating.

Specifically, Da Nang International Airport was ranked 94^th in the top 100 of the best airports this year.

Meanwhile, Noi Bai International Airport in Ha Noi earned the 96^th place. This marked the sixth time that Noi Bai airport has made it in Skytrax’s list, from 2016 to 2020, and in 2024.

The ranking of Skytrax is based on opinions of millions of passengers from more than 100 countries in a series of criteria such as services quality, convenience, comfortability, language-friendly and attitude of staff.

Recently, Da Nang International Airport has focused on promoting Vietnamese culture, installing miniatures imbued with local identity, and bringing traditional elements into arts performances such as the programme entitled 'The Heritage Road'.

Previously, on January 1, 2024, the Da Nang airport’s international terminal officially became the first and only terminal in Viet Nam to receive a five-star rating from SkyTrax.
