The Da Nang authorities have just approved the starting prices in service of the auction of land use right for 12 land plots in the city.

Accordingly, the starting price of land rental auction with one-time payment for the entire lease period is VND7.478 million/m² for the 2,974m² land lot C2-9B at the corner of Nguyen Van Vinh - Huynh Tinh Cua streets (for the purpose of building warehouses); VND13.835 million/m² for the 1,021m² land lot B4-2 at the corner of Vung Thung 9 - Van Don streets (for the purpose of building seafood warehouse); and VND24.109 million/m² for the 804.5m² commercial and service land at the corner of Hoang Thi Loan - Dang Minh Khiem streets ( for the purpose of building offices for rent).

The starting price for land rental auction with annual payment for the 6,336m² land lot No. 522B on Nguyen Luong Bang Street stands at VND191,015/m² (for the purpose of building a general hospital); the 9,525m² land plot A2-2 at the corner of Tran Thanh Tong - Nai Thinh 5 - Nai Thinh 7 - Van Don streets (for the purpose of building a general hospital) at VND271,189/m²; the 1,639m² land plot at 172 Nguyen Chi Thanh (for the purpose of building parking areas) at VND200,800/m2; the 892.7m² land plot at 51A Ly Tu Trong (for the purpose of building parking areas) at VND203,063/m²; the 2,991m² land lot at 383 Cach Mang Thang Tam (for the purpose of building parking areas) at VND68,244/m²; the 10,964m² land plot A2-8 at the corner of Tran Quoc Thao - Tran Nam Trung - Liem Lac 5  streets (for the purpose of nursing home construction) at VND206,625/m²; the 2,277m² land plot A8 at the corner of Con Dau 4 - Con Dau 6 - Con Dau 7 streets (for the purpose of kindergarten construction) at VND184,893/m²; the 1,480m² A2-2 land lot on Mac Thien Tich Street (for the purpose of kindergarten construction) at VND187,772/m²; and the 3,640m² land plot A12 on DT602 Street (for the purpose of building a supermarket) at VND94,473/m².

The municipal People's Committee assigned the city’s Land Fund Development Center to carry out related procedures and organize auctions in accordance with current regulations.
