The Da Nang Department of Industry and Trade coordinated with the Viet Nam E-commerce Association to organize a TikTok-based live stream programme at Da Nang’s Con Market on Friday.

The programme features many activities to introduce and promote typical products of Da Nang.

The activity aimed to inform, promote and introduce typical products at local traditional markets through online sales, contributing to attracting domestic and foreign customers to visit and shop. At the same time, it encouraged and supported traders in traditional markets across the city to boost sales via social networks and e-commerce channels, especially live stream, in a bid to increase purchasing power.

During the event, e-commerce solution providers shared and guided small traders on the live stream process on the TikTok platform, as well as how to create an account, update products and interact with online shoppers.

Famous tiktokers are invited to attend the programme to widely promote Da Nang's products to TikTok users.

Within the framework of the programme, there were a mega live stream to promote more than 120 products of businesses and small traders from traditional markets in the city, and a promotion programme to stimulate shopping demand at the Con Market.

Moreover, a consulting booth to guide merchants on live stream method, and solutions to connect online sales, is placed at the Con Market from now until July 7.

In addition to livestream sales activities, there is also a promotional programme to stimulate shopping demand at the Con Market until June 30.
