Three ‘Made-in-Da Nang’ startup projects have advanced to the semi-finals of 2024 Women's Startup Competition in Central Viet Nam.

These projects are “Enhancing Da Nang's tourism specialities - COCIMON bamboo tube sausage produced by Cam Le Bamboo Tube Sausage Cooperative”; “Enhancing the value of Vietnamese herring - Sustainable business model of 43Foods business household”; and “Building and developing a model of a dried mango processing factory in the direction of transformation of Do 37 Clean Agricultural Products Cooperative”.

The National Women's Startup Competition 2024 aims to honour women-owned enterprises, cooperatives, cooperative groups, and business households for their outstanding initiatives in improving production processes; their production and trading of new products and services using clean and renewable energy sources, and circular economy; and the production of clean and organic agriculture, and environmentally friendly products.

It also raises women's awareness of green economy, and encourages women-owned enterprises and cooperatives to develop products with Vietnamese brands, contributing to spreading good values ​​to the community.
