Apartment types positively shift in Da Nang real estate market
According to information released at a seminar on the overview of Da Nang real estate market in 2024 organised by Batdongsan.com.vn E-commerce Trading Floor (Property Guru Vietnam Joint Stock Company) on Wednesday, in the first half of 2024, Da Nang’s economy maintained a stable growth momentum, contributing to strengthening the recovery and development of the real estate market.
Data from Batdongsan.com.vn shows that the number of searches for real estate for sale in Da Nang in the second quarter of 2024 increased by 44% compared to the first quarter and surpassed the peak of 2023.
In addition, the price level of real estate for sale in Da Nang set a new milestone, the appearance of many high-end apartment projects in recent times has climbed by the average price level.
The number of real estate transactions in the city improved with a common product value of VND 2-4 billion. The apartment type saw remarkable growth and the number of apartment sales in Da Nang in the second quarter increased by 56% compared to the first quarter. The level of interest and the selling price also went up by 39%.
Mr. Ha Nghiem, Director of the Da Nang Branch of the Batdongsan.com.vn e-commerce trading floor, commented that Da Nang is one of the few cities with a good price increase rate and apartment rental yield from 4.2 - 4.5%.
The number of searches for apartments in Da Nang by Hanoians was increasingly large in the second quarter of 2024, increasing by 90% from the first quarter.
Land and private houses in Da Nang also have positive signals. In general, the Da Nang real estate market is having development opportunities with the positive shift of the apartment type and the sustainable growth of land and private houses.
