Applying digital transformation in promoting and consuming OCOP products
The Da Nang Biotechnology Centre under the municipal Department of Science and Technology organized a training session on applying digital transformation and e-commerce in promoting and consuming products under the city’s OCOP (One commune - One Products) project.
The programme aims to bring Da Nang’s OCOP products to a strong presence on reputable e-commerce platforms, effectively reaching potential customers nationwide, contributing to promoting the city’s digital economy and becoming a model of successful digital transformation in the region.
At the training session, experts guided businesses to build a brand identity for their products, and at the same time instructed them on how to effectively use websites and social networks to promote and trade OCOP products; how to put products on some popular e-commerce platforms and practice livestream sales. During the livestream and OCOP product sales practice session, businesses were instructed on script building techniques; image and sound optimization; interaction and sales strategy.
The Dan Nang Biotechnology Centre committed to accompany businesses after the training course through consulting on digital channel development strategies, supporting the optimisation of operational processes; connecting with potential partners and sharing new trends and opportunities.
