After more than a month of operation, the digital transformation experience space, the first of its kind in Da Nang, has assisted many units, businesses and people with accessing information and digital technology platforms.

Located in Nam Duong Ward, Hai Chau District, the about 30m2 space is equipped with basic tech devices, including 1 touch screen, 3 tablets, a laptop and an information kiosk, with a total investment of more than VND 250 million.
The opening of the digital technology space facilitates local people to access and use digital applications and services right in residential areas, contributing to changing their awareness and habits, and bringing real efficiency in digital transformation.
Mr. Nguyen Van Son, a resident of Nam Duong Ward, said that the space has modern technology devices, bringing a smooth experience to users. In addition, the space also brings practical benefits in promoting online public services, and guiding people to technical and technological skills.
According to Mrs. Le Thi Nhi, a resident of Nam Duong Ward, compared to previous forms of propaganda, performing operations and skills on a tablet helps her remember how to submit administrative procedures. Along with that, she is also provided with useful knowledge about digital technology products and platforms.
At the digital technology space, digital transformation companies and enterprises can introduce locals to digital technology devices, digital applications, and digital platforms in order for them to directly operate, use, and experience technology products such as virtual reality (VR) glasses, cloud computing platforms, etc. Therefore, the space plays a necessary role in connecting telecom businesses with people as well as in improving digital skills for the community.
Chairman of Nam Duong Ward People's Committee Nguyen Phuc Bao Nam said that community technology groups usually meet, exchange, and interact, as well as organise training sessions for local people at the space.
In addition, this is a place for associations and unions to meet and collaborate with companies to promote appropriate digital transformation activities to their members; or for schools to organise extracurricular activities for their pupils, thereby ensuring that "no one is left behind" in the digital transformation process.
