The Da Nang People's Committee has just decided to establish the Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster in the namesake Commune, Hoa Vang District, Da Nang on the basis of the technical infrastructure of the auxiliary area serving the Da Nang Hi-tech Park project.

The industrial cluster borders the Da Nang Hi-tech Park to the north, the mountainous land and the Concentrated Information Technology Park to the south, the Hai Van South Bypass and the Concentrated Information Technology Park to the east, the mountainous land and the High-Tech Park to the west. The area of the industrial cluster is 58.53 hectares.

The management and operation unit is the Da Nang Centre for Industrial and Trade Promotion under the Da Nang Department of Industry and Trade. The total investment capital is more than VND 235 billion funded by the city budget.

The time to put into operation of the industrial cluster is expected to be in the 2024 - 2027 period. Main business lines are automobile manufacturing and assembly projects and related support services (warehousing, logistics); mechanical engineering, manufacturing of auto-related components, precision mechanics; supporting, environmentally-friendly and clean industries.

Organisations investing in production and business in industrial clusters are entitled to investment incentives according to the provisions of the Investment Law, Decree No. 32/2024/ND-CP dated March 14, 2024 of the national government on the management and development of industrial clusters and relevant legal provisions.

The Da Nang Department of Industry and Trade is the focal agency advising the municipal People’s Committee on performing the task of State management of industrial clusters in the area. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
