The Centre for Industrial and Trade Promotion under the Da Nang Department of Industry and Trade on Tuesday organised a programme to hand over machinery and equipment worth VND1.74 billion to eligible business across the city under the industrial promotion programme in 2024.

Specifically, the recipients are seven enterprises and production units, namely Truong Giang Electricity JSC, Thanh Cong 2 Paper JSC, Phuong Gia Phat Investment, Trade and Service JSC, Mattress H&T Co.,Ltd., Inteltech Technology Application and Solution Co.,Ltd., Hoa Binh Carton Packaging Production Co.,Ltd., Loc Cuong Phong Household Business.

Out of the 7 supported enterprises and units, three were eligible for receiving  machinery and equipment used for production and the remaining ones were supported in building a pilot model to apply cleaner production in industry.

It is known that, since the start of 2024, VND5.5 billion from the city budget was spent on industrial promotion activities, of which more than VND1 billion was for trade promotion and brand building and the rest was spent on supporting businesses in investing in machinery and equipment to improve productivity, product quality and cleaner production.
