On December 31, 2024, the Prime Minister signed Decision No. 1693/QD-TTg, approving the investment policy for the infrastructure development project for the Hoa Ninh Industrial Park.

Accordingly, the Prime Minister assigned the People's Committee of Da Nang to carry out procedures for approving investors according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 7, Article 29 of Decree No. 31/2021/ND-CP dated March 26, 2021 of the Government (amended at Point c, Clause 2, Article 68 of the Government’s Decree No. 115/2024/ND-CP dated September 16, 2024).

Covering an area of over 400 hectares, the project aims to develop construction and business infrastructure of the industrial park.

The Prime Minister assigned the People's Committee of Da Nang to direct the Authority of the Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks to coordinate with relevant agencies to determine the total investment of the project, ensuring compliance with the land use scale of the project and the provisions of the law on construction.

The project's operation period is 50 years from the date of land lease by the State.

The project will be implemented in Hoa Ninh Commune, Hoa Vang District, Da Nang within 42 months from the date of land handover by the State.

The Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Planning and Investment to be responsible for the assigned contents of appraising the project's investment policy and implementing state management of industrial parks in accordance with the provisions of the law on investment and relevant laws.

Relevant ministries are responsible for the content of the appraisal of the project investment policy within their functions and tasks according to the provisions of the law on investment and relevant laws.

The Prime Minister also assigned the People's Committee of Da Nang to be in charge of the truthfulness and accuracy of the information, reported data and appraisal contents according to the provisions of the law, as well as adjust the construction zoning plan of Hoa Ninh Industrial Park to ensure that the ratio of traffic land in the land use structure of the project complies with the National Technical Regulations on planning.
