“We believe that through international cooperation, we have the opportunity to expand investment, develop unique tourism products, improve service quality and enhance the experience for visitors. This cooperation will also contribute to enhancing the international integration capacity of the tourism industry, promoting cultural exchange, creating opportunities for learning, and developing sustainable relationships" Vice Chairman Cuong emphasised.

In recent years, cooperation has been one of the city's important tasks in order to expand the market, open flights, promote destinations, share information and experience in managing tourism activities.

In the field of tourism development cooperation, Da Nang has signed cooperation agreements with 16 cities of countries such as Cambodia, South Korea, the United States, China, Finland, Russia, Romania, Australia, Japan and Thailand as well as cooperation with airlines and international tourism businesses.

Based on the principle of bilateral cooperation, mutual support and benefits, international cooperation programmes contribute to promoting the image of destinations, enhancing the position of Da Nang on the world tourism map, and opening up opportunities for exchange and connection to attract international visitors and increase the exchange of visitors.

Cooperation activities focus on promoting tourism in key markets such as South Korea, Japan, China, India, Australia and Southeast Asia, through the organisation of promotion programmes, famtrips and presstrips, and participating in international tourism fairs and implementing digital media campaigns.
