The Da Nang Department of Construction, on Thursday, announced the sale of 250 social housing apartments at land lot B4-1 in the Bau Tram Lakeside Green Urban Area project.

The above-mentioned apartments, with each covering an area from 36.7m² to 70m². The conditions for enjoying social housing support policies are implemented according to the Housing Law 2023 and Decree No. 100/2024/ND-CP dated July 26, 2024 of the Government.

Documents proving the subjects and conditions for receiving support policies will comply with the guidance in Decree No. 100/2024/ND-CP of the Government and Circular No. 05/2024/TT-BXD dated July 31, 2024 of the Ministry of Construction.

Households and individuals wishing to register to buy social housing units should contact the Office of the Management Board of the Social Housing Apartment Project at Lot B4-1, the Bau Tram Lakeside Green Urban Area in Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang for instructions and submit applications from March 22 - April 4, 2025.
