Da Nang recognizes 11 four-star OCOP products
The Da Nang People's Committee on Wednesday issued a decision recognising 11 four-star “One commune, One product” (OCOP) products of 7 entities participating in the city’s OCOP programme in 2025.

The recognised 11 products are Nam O - Huong Lang Co fish sauce products (Huong Lang Co business household); Huong Que high-class shoe insoles and Huong Que sandals (Huong Que Import-Export Production and Processing Company Limited); Nam O fish sauce - Binh Minh fish sauce (Binh Minh Fish Sauce Cooperative); fried mackerel sausage (Bac Dau Company Limited); Phuoc Ha beef sausage (Phuoc Ha sausage production business household); Ngu Hanh incense set and Ngu Hanh incense cone set (Dana Elite Production, Trade and Service Company Limited); whole crispy young grapefruit slices, young grapefruit tea, crispy young grapefruit sticks (Nhien Tam Cooperative, Lien Chieu Branch).
The Nhien Tam Cooperative located in Lien Chieu District has 3 new products that have recognised as 4-star OCOP items: Crispy whole young grapefruit slices, young grapefruit tea, and crispy young grapefruit sticks. This is a completely new product line created from whole young grapefruit, using low-temperature drying to retain nutrients. Currently, the unit is also cooperating with grapefruit growing areas in Da Nang as well as other provinces and cities.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Tam, the Director of Nhien Tam Cooperative shared: “Our products have been well consumed in the market for many years, but being classified as 4-star OCOP products of the city is the recognition of the cooperative’s efforts, thereby winning the trust of consumers.
