A wide range of activities will be held in the city in July to mark the 10^th anniversary of Da Nang’s recognition as a first-grade city.  There will be a trade fair and exhibition which will feature local key industrial products and the city’s remarkable achievements over the past 10 years, plus a photo exhibition entitled “Da Nang Then and Now”.

In addition, a book of photos of the city’s urban development will be published, and it will be presented to visiting domestic and foreign guests.  A 2^nd seminar on ways to develop the city's tourism and service sectors will also be held. 

Local residents will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of musical performances by local artistes, as well as to watch documentaries about the city’s progress over the past 10 years.

Relevant agencies have been asked by the local authorities to organise these events successfully and economically.
