Competition for Computerised Fireworks Displays 2014
The Competition for Computerised Fireworks Displays 2014 is being launched in Da Nang.
The competition is open to Vietnamese organisations and individuals who are living and working either in Viet Nam or abroad. Entries must be submitted to the municipal Department of Information and Communications, the contest’s organiser, by 10 September. Entries this year must not have already been submitted to either of the two previous competitions in 2012 and 2013. Entries must depict computerised images of fireworks displays on the Han River at night with a melodious musical background, and the fireworks must be shown being let off at the Han River Port.
Unlike the previous competitions, this year’s contest allows entrants to unleash their creativity with a wide range of topics. However, their entries must meet the criteria of completeness, creativity, aesthetics and technological applications.
The contest is also expected to introduce some good ideas for the Da Nang International Fireworks Competition 2015.
A total of one first, one second and one third prize, along with seven sub-prizes, will be given out at the awards ceremony which is being held on 15 December.
