The 18^th Da Nang Newspaper Cross-country Running Competition took place yesterday morning at Son Tra District’s Bien Dong (Eastern Sea) Park.

The winners in the team categories of education offices, senior high schools, self-defence and military forces were from the Ngu Hanh Son District Education and Training Office, the Ngo Quyen Senior High School, the Da Nang Police Department, and Commando Battalion 409 respectively.

Runners in the women’s individual category for senior high schools

Runners from Ngo Quyen Senior High School won the gold medals in the men’s individual, the men’s team, and the women’s team categories.

For the 7^th consecutive year, Thanh Khe District won the first prize in the team category for the city’s districts, followed by Ngu Hanh Son and Lien Chieu districts.

Da Nang Newspaper’s Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Truong Cong Dinh, and representatives of the districts category prizewinners
