The Da Nang Union of Literature and Arts Associations recently announced that 7 works have won 2014 Literature and Arts Awards at city level.

They are:

1  A photo entitled “Xuat Phat” (Starting a Diving Competition) by local photographer Phung Duc Dung from the city’s Artistic Photography Association

2  A poetry collection entitled “Mot Giot” (A Drop) by poet Pham Phat from the Literature Association

3  A song called “Dong Song Noi Nho” (The Nostalgia of a River) by musician Thai Phu from the Musicians' Association

4  An oil painting “Am Thanh Cua Nhung Sac Mau” (The Sound of Colours) by painter Nguyen Thi Du Du from the Fine Arts Association

5  A documentary film “Huong Ve Que Me” (Towards the Motherland) by Dang Quoc Phon from the Cinema Association

6  A book collection of research on shrines in Ngu Hanh Son District by Dinh Thi Trang from the Folk Arts Association

7  A graduation dance performance by the public choreography class from the Dance Artists Association

The awards ceremony in the city will be held on 31 December.
