The 2015 Viet Nam Cuisine Festival will take place at Da Nang’s East Sea Park on Pham Van Dong Street between 30 August and 5 September.

The event is being jointly organised by the local Farmers' Association and the Support Centre for Farmers, and is under the management of the Viet Nam Farmers’ Association.

The 6-day event aims to introduce domestic and foreign visitors to the special quintessence of culinary cultures in Da Nang, and many different regions of Viet Nam as a whole.  This will help to advertise and exchange culinary cultures between the regions across the country. 

During the event, the focus will be on honouring high-quality domestic products and goods which are used for agricultural activities.  In addition, visitors will be given the chance to meet and mutually exchange information with nationwide businesses and scientists in order to help them gain access to new science and technology.
