The 2017 Da Nang Beach Football Tournament is taking place at Pham Van Dong beach from 4 - 8 July.

This year’s event has 6 teams participating, pooled into 2 groups.

Group A: Ngu Hanh Son, Thanh Khe and Lien Chieu districts

Group B: Hai Chau, Son Tra and Hoa Vang districts

Under the competition’s rules, the teams compete in a round-robin format in the qualifying stages.

On the opening day, there were exciting matches in the qualifiers.

In Group A, Ngu Hanh Son beat Thanh Khe 5-3, whilst in Group B Hoa Vang clinched a 10-4 win over Hai Chau.

This afternoon, 5 July, the remaining matches of the qualifiers will take place.  The semi-finals and the final of the tournament will be decided on Friday and Saturday respectively.
