The sixth Viet Nam Heritage Photo Awards contest was launched on July 10, calling for submissions from both amateur and professional photographers living in Viet Nam and abroad.

Co-organised by the Viet Nam Heritage Magasine and the Canon Marketing Viet Nam Limited Company, the annual competition aims to honour the natural and cultural heritage values of Viet Nam through photos.  The main topics focus on nature, tangible and intangible cultures, and market life.

Entries submitted to the contest can be either single images or photo sets. Each competitor is allowed to summit a maximum of 4 sets of photos and 4 single photos for each topic.

Photos should be sent to the organising board before September 15.

Some 100 outstanding photos chosen from entries submitted to the contest will be displayed online and introduced to local residents in Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang.

The winning photos will be announced in late November.

The Viet Nam Heritage Photo Awards was first organised in 2012.
