Over 100 ceramic and pottery artifacts on display until 28 Nov
An exhibition entitled ‘The Beauty of Old Ceramics’ is taking place at the Da Nang Fine Arts Museum, 78 Le Duan street, until 28 November.

Jointly organised by the Museum and some collectors in the city and elsewwhere in the central region, the event aims to mark the Viet Nam Cultural Heritage Day (23 November).
On display at the exhibition are over 100 ceramic and pottery artifacts from collectors Nguyen Dinh Bang, Truong Hoai Tuyen, Pham Phu Khanh, Ngo Huu Toan, and Nguyen Ngoc An.
These exhibits dating to Champa era until the late 19th century have been collected in the central and southern regions .
At the opening ceremony of the exhibition on Thursday, the Museum received as many as 100 artifacts and pieces of fine arts from domestic collectors and painters.

To mark the event, Certificates of Merit from the municipal Department of Culture and Sports were awarded to 12 painters and collectors in recognition of their active involvement in donating artifacts to the Museum.
Also at the event, collector Nguyen Ngoc An was honoured with a Certificate of Merit from the municipal People’s Committee for donating more than 100 artifacts to the Museum in 2018.
