International chefs experience local cuisine

As part of the Da Nang International Food Festival 2019 (DNIFF), participating international chefs visited the Con Market, tried local specialties at the ‘Xeo’ Cuisine Restaurant, and attended a Catwalk Cocktail party at the Danang Golden Bay Hotel on Friday.

During their visit to the Con Market, the chefs witnessed with their own eyes the selling and buying activities at the largest wholesale and retail place in the seaside city. They also showed their interest in the abundance of fresh fruits, vegetables, seafood, and ingredients here.

After learning about local ingredients and enjoying the local cuisine, the foreign guests will prepare for their performances at the DNIFF 2019 which will take place from 2 - 6 June at the park near the eastern end of the Rong (Dragon) Bridge in Son Tra District.
