Team UK evoke emotions amongst the audience
At around 8.30pm on Saturday (22 June), the fourth competition night of the ongoing Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2019 (DIFF 2019) was officially opened with a spectacular performance by Pyrotex Fireworx Ltd from the UK.
During the night, the British team told the audience a story about the poetic River Thames - a large river in England - through colourful fireworks and advanced lighting and sound effects.
This is the second time the British team have competed in DIFF. Their show tonight left a deep impression on the audience.
Powerful and emotional features were the highlights of the British team’s performance. The over 20-minute-lasting display, using sun wheel-shaped and letter-shaped sparkler fireworks, brought the audience relaxing moments by drawing pictures of the colours and effects in Da Nang's sky on support music with world-renown songs about rivers such as ‘River Flows In You’, ‘Cry Me A River’, and ‘The River’.
A total of more than 7,000 fireworks, plus special effects, were used during the performance. In particular, British contestants focused on using low-level fireworks, and modern fireworks firing techniques, in a bid to leave a strong impression on the audience.
Members of the Pyrotex Fireworx Ltd were very confident with their performance tonight.
