UK and Finland to compete in grand finale of DIFF 2019

Given their highest scores, the British and Finnish teams will compete in the grand finale, themed 'Setting Sail', of the ongoing Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2019, which is scheduled to take place on 6 July.

After 4 competition nights of DIFF 2019 with the themes of ‘Origin’, ‘Buds of Life’, ‘Love’, and ‘Burst of Colour’ respectively, the 8 participating teams from 8 countries treated locals and visitors with their amazing shows, thereby making Da Nang become one of the most inviting destinations this summer.

Most recently, members of the jury consisting Da Nang People’s Committee Vice Chairman Dang Viet Dung, Director of the Global2000 Company from Malaysia - the consultants for DIFF 2019- Nadia Wong Abdullah, and Sun Group representative Tran Thi My Hanh have selected the UK and Finland with their highest scores to compete in the grand finale night.

Previously, during the 3rd night, themed ‘Love’, as part of the ongoing DIFF 2019, the JoHo Pyro Professional Fireworks AB team from Finland completely conquered the jury and thousands of spectators through their magnificent pyro-musical show which demonstrated the Finnish strength and its resilience.

Meanwhile, the British team’s performance surprised the audience with an excellent performance featuring the perfect combination of colourful fireworks, and light and sound effects in Da Nang's sky on support music with world-renown songs.

According to the results of the draw, the British team will open the grand finale night, and they will be followed by the Finnish team.
